ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
- Select the item you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, review your items by selecting the cart at the top of the page. Here you can remove or add items or continue shopping. If you are happy with your selection click on ‘checkout’.
- On checkout you will be asked to complete some personal details. This will then take you to payment details.
- When you purchase an item from bowns website you are agreeing to buy it for the price advertised subject to our terms and conditions.
- For your and our security, please note that we will only ship to the card holder’s registered address or a corporate work address that we are able to verify.
- A confirmation of your order details will be sent to your email. For this reason, please provide us with your current email address. If your item is in stock and payment is approved your order will be processed.
- Once order has been processed, we will notify you of your tracking number and following details of your order’s progress.
- If your item is out of stock or payment has been declined, you shall be notified by email.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express and paypal. Postal cheques and bank transfers are not accepted.
