- We sincerely hope that you are happy with the purchases made. If however you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel within 14 days and we will provide you with a refund or exchange service, (excluding delivery costs). - Goods should be returned, at the customer’s own expense, to:

- All customers should return items via recorded delivery and obtain a free certificate of postage for security reasons. bowns will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items sent via a non-trackable method.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn with labels still attached. We cannot accept goods with labels removed or missing.
- Returned items will be inspected for faults, wear or the removal of tags. Customers will be notified by email if there are any issues with their returned item.
- Once an item has been received and inspected please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed back to your card.
- Returns not in compliance with these conditions may not entitle customers to full refund.
Incorrect or faulty items
- Items are considered as faulty if they are received damaged or display manufacturing faults .
- Goods returned as faulty will be examined and we will notify you of any repair or replacement. Replacements will be subject to availability.
